David Pease

Hello, I’m David Pease — a veteran-owned Virginia Licensed home inspector proudly serving the Smith Mountain Lake, Roanoke, Lynchburg, and the surrounding area.

I grew up in a small beach town on the Jersey Shore, where I developed a deep appreciation for community, hard work, and responsibility. After the events of September 11, 2001, I felt called to serve and enlisted in the U.S. Army, completing six years of active-duty service.

Following my military career, I transitioned into the fire protection industry as a fire suppression system technician. For more than a decade, I conducted detailed inspections, system testing, and safety evaluations — work that strengthened my commitment to precision, accountability, and technical excellence.

When I later relocated to Virginia and settled near Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, I saw an opportunity to apply that same disciplined approach to home inspections — helping families make informed decisions about one of the most important investments of their lives.
